Due to the nature of our products, like most other websites that sell special occasion dresses, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!

Please consult the size chart as a guide for the right size and if you are between sizes order the bigger size since it is easier for the tailor to take in a dress than to let out. We recommend choosing your size based on your MEASUREMENTS for your bust, waist and hips. If you are still unsure please email us at and one of our representative will help you. Please refer to the How To Measure Myself reference at the bottom of this page. Please note sizing varies by designer and the style of the dress!!!

We inspect all merchandise prior to leaving the warehouse. However, if you receive a defected item you MUST contact us via email at within 2 days of receiving your order for a Return Authorization number (RA#). At this time our customer service representative will assist you with an exchange for the same style, size and color, or for store credit. Please note that images may be requested for the defected item. The merchandise must be postmarked within 2 days of receiving the RA# from us. Returns or Exchanges sent without an RA# will be returned back to you. Please make sure to write the RA# clearly on top of the Box returning. Returns/exchanges must be in its original form (unworn and with all of the original tags attached). Please note the customer is responsible for all the S & H fees and custom/duty incurred with any type of shipping.

STORE CREDIT: Store credit is valid for 1 YEAR. Store credit may be used only for purchasing merchandise and does not count toward shipping costs. Store credit cannot be exchanged for any type of refund. Orders processed with store credit cannot be exchanged after the order has been shipped. It is recommended for customers to advise the required date in the comment section when ordering to insure the package to be delivered on time. SEPARATE VERBAL COMMUNICATION IS NOT VALID, REQUIRED DATE MUST BE ADDED ON THE COMMENT SECTION WHEN ORDERING.

All unclaimed merchandises will be held for one month only. We will not be responsible in any ways after this.


Returns and Exchanges - We charge a restocking fee of 40% on all items that are restocked.

There is an ADDITIONAL 30% restocking fee on returns/exchanges postmarked after the required date or packages returned without an RA#.


UPS do not ship to PO Boxes.

All international shipments are subject to duties and taxes. Custom and import charges are not included in our shipping charges.

All packages are shipped with signature required unless advised otherwise.

There is no refund on shipping charges regardless of reason for any type of returns.

A: Orders that are pending can be canceled without penalty. However, if the order has been processed and has not yet shipped, it can be canceled but will be subject to 40% restocking fee. You must contact us via email. GROUP ORDERS AND SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE CANCELED once processed. No exceptions.

A: Tax is only applicable for orders shipping within California at a rate of 8.75%.

Q: How do I know what size to order?

Q: Can I return Final Sale items?

A: No, we do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise.

Q: If the order has to be canceled due to unavailability, how long does it take for a refund?

A: PayPal will take 3 to 4 business days.

Q: If the merchandise is available when will I receive the package?

A: Depending when you send in an order we will need a day or two to process the order and the transit time will differ depending on your location. Please refer to the reference map below for further details.

But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently.
